1. Introduction and Acceptance

• Account: The registered user profile created by you on mega55, containing personal information, transaction history, and gaming activity records.
• Balance: The total amount of funds available in your Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and active bonuses, displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Bonus: Promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by mega55 subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• Deposit: The transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet into your mega55 Account balance for the purpose of placing wagers.
• Game Providers: Third-party software studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others whose games are made available through mega55.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification documents to confirm your age, identity, and residency.
• RTP (Return to Player): The theoretical percentage of total wagered money that a game will pay back to players over time, expressed as a percentage (e.g., 96.5%).
• Wagering Requirement: The number of times you must bet a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x).
• Withdrawal: The transfer of funds from your mega55 Account balance to your registered bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an account and use mega55 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mega55 strictly prohibits underage gambling and employs age verification measures to prevent minors from accessing the Service.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and use of the Service.
• You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia and your local jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded, banned, or otherwise prohibited from gambling services by any regulatory authority, court order, or self-imposed restriction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or allowing any other person to access or use your Account.

3.2 Account Registration Process

Account creation requires submission of accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must provide a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Each individual is permitted only one Account. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended, and associated funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify mega55 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. mega55 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and fraud prevention standards, mega55 requires all users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. The KYC process involves submission of clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Identification: Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), Indonesian passport, or Indonesian driver's license showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and document expiration date.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months showing your full name and residential address matching the address provided during registration.
• Proof of Payment Method: Bank account statement or screenshot from your mobile banking app showing your name and account number for the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits.

Documents must be submitted via the secure upload portal in your Account dashboard. Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours. mega55 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or transaction activity. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mega55 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name matching the name on your mega55 Account.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit amount varies by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Deposits via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (typically 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM WIB) are processed instantly through automated clearing systems. Deposits made outside banking hours are processed within 24 hours once banks resume operations. E-wallet deposits process instantly 24/7. mega55 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees per their terms of service.

5.3 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds originating from bank accounts, credit cards, or e-wallets belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, reversal of the deposit, and potential forfeiture of winnings. This policy exists to prevent money laundering, fraud, and identity theft.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions: your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed); your Account must have a positive balance exceeding the minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 100,000; you must have completed wagering requirements on any active bonuses; and you must withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless exceptional circumstances justify an alternative method (subject to mega55 approval).

6.2 Processing Times and Limits

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and verification status. Standard processing time for verified accounts: bank transfers are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours; e-wallet withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 72 hours pending KYC completion. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per calendar month. Requests exceeding these limits may be split into multiple transactions processed over several days.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

mega55 does not charge fees on the first 3 withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 50,000. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose additional receiving fees per their terms of service.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

mega55 offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount and must be completed within the validity period (usually 7 to 30 days) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other users to exploit promotions, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting on opposite outcomes simultaneously), or any other fraudulent or manipulative activity, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, confiscation of associated winnings, and permanent Account termination.

7.3 Promotional Communication

By accepting bonuses or promotional offers, you consent to receiving marketing communications from mega55 via email, SMS, and in-platform notifications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your Account settings or by contacting customer support.

8. Gaming Rules and Conduct

8.1 Fair Play

All games offered on mega55 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer formats provided by licensed Game Providers. RTP percentages are displayed in each game's information panel and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of individual session outcomes. mega55 and its Game Providers do not manipulate, alter, or interfere with game outcomes.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination: use of bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence systems to place bets or play games; collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage in multiplayer games or tournaments; exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics; reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code of any games or Platform software; harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward other users or customer support staff; and money laundering or using mega55 to transfer funds between parties unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

mega55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you manage your gambling activity including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on mega55, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, audio clips, and video clips, is the property of mega55, its Game Providers, or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from mega55 except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mega55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or technical malfunctions, interruptions, errors, or delays in the Service.

mega55's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Account Termination

mega55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion if we believe your continued use of the Service poses a risk to mega55, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Any funds remaining in your Account balance (excluding bonus funds or funds involved in fraudulent activity) will be returned to you following completion of any pending investigations and subject to applicable withdrawal fees.
